Police are looking for a man who stole a purse from a car parked at St. Lucie Medical Center

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - Port St. Lucie police are looking for a man who stole a purse from inside a parked car at St. Lucie Medical Center.

Officers say the man drove around the parking lot Sunday, April 27 in a white or silver Kia Soul. Surveillance video shows the man wearing a bright orange or red shirt walking around, then a short time later the man, now wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, is seen going to the victim's car and stealing the purse from the car by reaching in through an open window.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male around 5’10” tall with a thin build and initially wearing a red or orange short sleeve shirt with a light colored logo on the back. He also wore blue jeans, and light colored shoes. After changing clothes the suspect is seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and dark colored shoes.
