Students at a Port St. Lucie school are  making  their own Olympic fanfare today.

It is the 21st year in a row Morningside Academy students are representing several different countries in their own Olympics.

Student Ryan Wilson got to carry an actual torch used to carry the Olympic flame to the 1984 Summer Games in los Angeles.

"It was a little lighter than expected but running around with it in my hands made me happy," Wilson said.

Ft. Pierce resident Bill Padrick owns the torch after he carried the flame on its  way to the '84 games.
