Michael Buck: Port St. Lucie man wins $1 million in scratch-off game

PORT ST. LUCIE — A 39-year-old Port St. Lucie man claimed a $1 million top prize in a Lottery scratch-off game, a release states.

Michael Buck bought the winning $10 Monopoly Millionaire ticket at a Publix in the 7500 block of South U.S. 1 in Port St. Lucie, the Lottery announced this week.

Buck, who claimed the ticket at Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee, chose to take the single, lump sum payment of $779,484.50.
