Leighlan Fraser: Man suspected of spray painting graffiti on Northport Elementary School arrested

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - A Port St. Lucie man was arrested on vandalism charges after school surveillance footage showed the man spray painting several areas of Northport Elementary School Wednesday night.

In surveillance footage released by the Port St. Lucie Police Department, you can see the suspect walking on school grounds with a can of spray paint around 7 p.m. Wednesday.

When the suspect approaches the cameras, he attempts to pull his shirt over his face and flashes two middle fingers to the cameras before he opens the can of spray paint and sprays the building.

At one point, the man dropped the spray paint can over a fence, jumped the fence to retrieve it, and sipped from the school water fountain.

Police were able to locate Leighlan Kyle Fraser on school grounds. Fraser matched the description of the person seen in the surveillance footage. Police also found green spray paint residue on his fingers.
