St. Lucie County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 23-year-old Cebert Lashard Riggins, of Fort Pierce, on Saturday for five charges of possession of cocaine and five charges of failure to appear in court on cocaine charges.
Deputies had been searching for Riggins for three weeks.
On Saturday, that search came to an end with his arrest at a Royal Green Circle home in Port st. Lucie.
St. Lucie County Sheriff Ken J. Mascara said, "Cebert had tried to hide from us using different identities and different vehicles. He also cut off his dreadlocks to alter his identity. Ultimately, none of it did him any good. We continue to focus on drug dealers. In this case, we arrested a drug dealer who refused to go to court to face his drug charges and was at large for three weeks."
On his way to jail, Riggins told officers he was hiding four cocaine rocks in a tube in his buttocks, according to the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies removed the drugs before jailing him without bond.
