Andrew Wisdom: Port St. Lucie man accused of threats with knife, wrench

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - Police say a Port St. Lucie man broke into his sister's estranged husband's home and threatened him with a knife.

Andrew Zedekiah Wisdom, 27, is facing several charges including aggravated assault and burglary.

The estranged husband told police the suspect broke into the home Tuesday through a door that wasn't locked.

He said Wisdom threatened him with a knife.

Police said as Wisdom left the house, he grabbed a picture from the wall and smashed it on the ground

He apparently came back a short time later to the residence armed with a wrench.

Police say when Wisdom couldn't get in, he threw a brick through a bathroom window.

Wisdom said that his actions were due to the victim allegedly cheating on his sister.

During the search of Wisdom’s car, police found a knife between the front seats and a large wrench in the trunk of the vehicle.

Wisdom was arrested and taken to the St. Lucie County Jail where he posted a $48,750 bond.
