Another group of Dan Hussan’s former students took the stand Wednesday.

“It was a lot of touching. Comments that I guess you call inappropriate or shouldn’t have been made toward a student," said one 17-year-old girl.

One girl, who was only 13 while in Hussan's class, said many of the comments from Hussan were very sexual in nature.

“He said you know when you’re having your first time and he was giving me tips," said the student.

Hussan was a 9th grade English teacher at the Marine Oceanographic Academy in St. Lucie County who was arrested in 2014.  Prosecutors also called a woman who had been a student of Hussan’s in 2010, but only came forward after his arrest.

“He grabbed my butt and then I turned around.  Then he grabbed my breasts.  And it happened more than once," said the now 21-year-old through tears.

A second picture was presented to the jury.  It showed Hussan in close contact with a student, but not touching her.  A picture shown to the jury Monday showed Hussan’s hand resting on another students thigh as they were riding in his car.  Prosecutors played the recording of the initial interview detectives had with Hussan when they addressed the picture.

“The one in the back seat took a picture of it. “I don’t remember that," replied Hussan. “I don’t care if you remember or not but you did it," the detective responded.

On the recording Hussan said, "A lot of students tell me all kinds of things but I do not engage in that kind of activity nor do I say that.  The detective replied, "Well you have.”

Hussan turned down a plea deal that would have sent him to jail for 10 years.  A guilty verdict on any of the 16 felony counts he faces could result in a 15 year sentence.
