FORT PIERCE, Fla. -- Firefighters with the St. Lucie County Fire District are working to contain a 1/4 acre brush fire on Whiteway Dairy Road in St. Lucie County.
Officials say heavy winds and dry conditions are contributing to the large fire spreading.
