A man accused of an armed home invasion in suburban Boca Raton has been denied bond.
Deputies say 20-year-old Marco Barreto was one of three men who entered a house on Corintha Terrace over the weekend.
The victim says he tried to push Barreto and the suspects out of the house Sunday and was punched twice in the face.
Since Barreto was on probation the judge denied bond.
Barreto is charged with armed home invasion robbery, battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and violation of felony probation.
