An 80-year-old man has died after being struck by a truck in southern Palm Beach County.
Lloyd Aaron Godlin was using an electronic mobility cart when he drove in front of the truck Tuesday night, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
Godlin was heading west on the southern sidewalk of Linton Boulevard when he collided with the truck which was making a right turn from Sims Road, PBSO said.
The truck, a Ford F-550, traveled over the cart and Godlin was pronounced dead at the scene, according to an investigator's report.
