UPDATE: Delray Beach police said Amlordimelle and her baby have been found safe.
EARLIER STORY: A 16-year-old Delray Beach girl and her infant son are missing and Delray Beach police are asking the public for information.
Police say Amlordimelle Cheres was last seen around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday pushing her one-month-old baby in a teal and black stroller.
