DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - A bomb threat made to a Delray Beach rehabilitation facility has landed a Yonkers, New York man in the Palm Beach County Jail.
Michael Sontag, according to Delray Beach police, phoned in a bomb threat to the Sober Living facility stating that the building was 'the next Boston.'
Police say they were able to trace the phone call back to Sontag who was a resident at the Delray Beach facility, but left on bad terms.
Sontag told investigators that he was very intoxicated when he made the call and does not remember making a bomb threat. Sontag later told police that he did make threatening calls but had no intention of actually bombing the establishment, according to his arrest report.
Sontag was arrested and charged with making a false report of a bomb.
