The widow of the man killed in a Delray Beach crash has sued the driver of the Lamborghini she says is responsible.
Court filings claim Roger Wittenberns was drunk and speeding when he crashed into Gerald Smith’s SUV.
The crash happened in September at the intersection of Federal Highway and Northeast 1st Street.
Police have an open investigation into Wittenberns.
Tuesday the Florida Department of Transportation released a reporton the intersection and recommended some changes but did not call for a traffic signal.
