Election 2012: No ballots, issues cause voter delays at First Baptist Church of Delray Beach

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. -- About 25 people ready to vote in Delray Beach this morning were told there were no ballots, voters waiting in line told NewsChannel 5.

The voting hiccup occurred at precinct 5122 at the First Baptist Church of Delray Beach, voters said. More than once precinct is located at the church.

According to voters who have been in line since 6:30 a.m., they were told by officials when they arrived that there were no ballots. Precinct clerks would not comment on the situation.

Around 8:45 a.m., a Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Employee came to the church and brought the ballots in.

Voters there are now reporting no issues.
