UPDATE: Detectives say 20-year-old Nicolas Saint Surin was arrested on two charges of attempted homicide after Thursday's shooting.
According to officials, Surin fired a bullet that hit one person, ricocheted and hit the second victim. Both are recovering in the hospital.

Delray Beach police are investigating a shooting.
Police say they were called to the 900 block of Southridge Rd. just before noon Thursday.
First responders took two people to Delray Medical Center, police said.
Their injuries did not appear to be life-threatening, according to police.
Pine Grove Elementary School was placed on a temporary lockdown as a precaution. It has since been lifted.
Police said one person has been detained and is being questioned by detectives.
