Two women arrested by a Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office burglary task force could face more charges.

Victoria DeJesus and Deztanie DeJesus, both 19, were arrested last Wednesday.

Police say each was driving a stolen vehicle and one of the vehicles had been taken from Golfview Terrace in Boynton Beach.

Boynton Beach police say the women could be connected to break-ins hours earlier at two city restaurants.

Employees at Jupiter Donuts on Woolbright Road say two women used a pick-axe to get inside but left before taking any money.

Police say the pair then broke into a nearby Jersey Mike's Subs and took money from the cash register.

Detectives are awaiting DNA results and police say charges in the Boynton Beach burglaries are pending further investigation.

Port St. Lucie police say they are also working with law enforcement agencies in Palm Beach County to see if the women are linked to a series ofpick-axe burglaries on the Treasure Coast.
