Two generous South Florida organizations went from city to city on Thanksgiving, feeding families in need.
Boynton Strong and Team Success partnered to cook and distribute food to people from Indian River to Palm Beach Counties.
The groups kicked off the Big Bird Blessing by starting the day in Vero Beach, before heading south to Fort Pierce, West Palm Beach, and finishing up in Boynton Beach.

This is the third year they have worked to feed people in the community. Right now they are set up on the corner of NW 4th street and 11th Avenue in Boynton. There’s around 200 plates of food available! pic.twitter.com/5D9EmlM8RR

They traveled more than 80 miles down the coast and Yulonda Evans couldn't be more thankful.
"The gratitude I can't even express," Evans said.
Last week, Evans lost her home and all her belongings in a house fire.
"When I opened the door I saw flames. I couldn't do anything," Evans said. "Everything was out of my control."
This was the first Thanksgiving she and her boys weren't be in their home. Still, Evans can't help but feel grateful.
"Just to know that people are there to step up to help someone they don't even know," Evans said. "I can't even express again the generosity the words the gratefulness and it's a heartwarming feeling."
This is the third year the groups have worked together to feed people in the community.
