BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - 15-year-old Odeny Saget has been charged as an adult in connection with a kidnapping, armed robbery that took place on July 2nd.
Boynton Beach police, in an arrest report, state that just after 7 p-m on that date two people arriving at the Publix supermarket parking lot at 4770 North Congress Avenue were grabbed from behind and forced into a waiting Pontiac Grand Am.
One of the victims had a gun pointed at his head and was robbed of $950 and his wallet including his Florida driver's license.
The victim was told not to call the police because the suspects said they knew where he lived. The two victims were let out of the car 1/4 mile from the shopping plaza according to police.
One of the victims did call 911 and the suspects were spotted driving on I-95. Boynton Beach Police say that the suspects tried to elude them by speeding up to 120 miles per hour.
The Grand Am they were in, according to police, slammed into a wall near 6th Ave South on I 95.
Four people were arrested at the scene including Timothy Paige, Joel Guerrier, Kenson Nozifort and Odeny Saget.
Last month Saget was taken to the PBC Juvenile Center while the other three were booked into the Palm Beach County Jail.
Saget has now been booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on the same kidnapping, armed robbery and fleeing and eluding charges as the other three suspects.
