Boynton Beach chiropractor accused of sexual battery on a patient

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - Boynton Beach police have arrested a chiropractor on charges of sexual battery of a patient in his care.

According to a police report, officers received a call from a victim's advocate who informed them that a 20-year-old woman came to work and said that during chiropractic treatment for a work-related injury Dadesky Saintil began hugging her and forced her to have sex.

Police responded to Maximum Chiropractic and Wellness Care Center, located at 625 S.E. Second Avenue, to investigate.

An investigator asked the victim to call Saintil and to discuss what had happened earlier in the day.

According to police, Saintil would not discuss the incident over the phone with the woman but agreed to meet her in private to discuss the matter.

Officers arranged to be in place at the location the chiropractor had agreed to meet the alleged victim and it was at that time that police took Saintil into custody.

They say he said he didn't know why the woman wanted to meet and he denied having sex with her.
