Clerk hurt when Boynton Beach 7-Eleven robbed

Three men roughed up a clerk during a 7-Eleven armed robbery early Friday, according to Boynton Beach Police.

The trio entered the store at 2605 W. Woolbright Road around 4:16 a.m. and made the clerk open two cash registers, police said.

They hit him several times and police said they left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The clerk was not seriously injured.

The suspects had on gloves and their faces were covered.

Police have released surveillance video of the robbery.
