BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - UPDATE: Boynton Beach Police have located missing Boynton Beach man, Michael Carris, 24. Neighbors a few houses away spotted Carris in their backyard, says Stephanie Slater, spokeswoman for Boynton Beach Police Department.
Boynton Beach Police need the public's help locating a missing and endangered 24-year-old man named Michael Carris.
Carris has severe autism and is drawn to water and people's homes, said Stephanie Slater, spokeswoman for the Boynton Beach Police Department.
He was last seen around 6:50 p.m. at the corner of Northwest 1st Avenue and Northwest 7th Street.
He is about 5-foot-5 and 180 pounds with black short hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black shorts and sandals, Slater said.
Police are scouring the area looking for Carris.
Boynton Beach Police have also issued a reverse 911 call. The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office Eagle is in the air and their bloodhound K-9 unit is on the way.
