BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - Two men have been arrested by the Boynton Beach Police on charges that they were running an illegal carnival game.
Police said that Anthony and Bob Johns, both of Illinois, were operating a gaming contest at a carnival in the parking lot of the Boynton Beach Mall.
According to investigators, the game of chance they were operating was called "Razzle Dazzle".
Contestants could win between $15 and $24 to begin with and then increase if players continued to play.
Police said no one won the big cash prizes because the games manipulated the outcome.
According to police, one person gave the Johns $400 and another gave $220 over the course of the game.
Investigators said they seized almost $10,000 from the suspects.
Both men were booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and charged with operating a gambling house.
