A 21-foot boat that washed ashore Tuesday morning in Boynton Beach and investigators are trying to determine if it was used to smuggle people in to the United States.
The 1990 21-foot Bayliner Trophy was found on the north end of Oceanfront Park, according to police.
Officers say that they found extra fuel drums, water and food inside the boat.
