SUBURBAN BOCA RATON, Fla. - A suburban Boca Raton woman is accused of child neglect after authorities found her 10-year-old child living in a home covered in feces and urine, according to an arrest affidavit.
On Nov. 8, fire rescue crews responded to a medical call at a west Boca Raton home and found deplorable living conditions, the affidavit said.
The arrest report stated there were "piles of fecal matter throughout the home, kitchen, living room, couch, bedroom and child's bedroom."
Fecal matter was found throughout the floor of the home, "making it impossible to step into the home without stepping on fecal matter."
Photos were taken and the living conditions were reported to law enforcement.
Robyn Elizabeth Zeff, 38, was later booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and charged with child neglect.
