BOCA RATON, Fla. - A domestic argument early Friday morning between Lindsey Lohan's father, Michael, and his girlfriend, Kathryn Major, led to Major's arrest.
Officers said Michael Lohan called Boca Raton police to say that Major, who he thought was intoxicated, hit him in the face and then left in her car.
According to information given to the Boca Raton police, Major, 31, came home later and appeared to have been drinking.
Thirty minutes later Major left the house again saying that she wanted to get more alcohol.
There was another physical altercation, according to information Lohan gave to officers.
Boca Raton police say that they located Major at a traffic stop at 842 NE Orchid Dr.
Officers said that Major's face was flushed, her eyes were watery and she had a pungent odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person.
Officers said that Major was unable to successfully complete any of the five sobriety tests given to her including reciting the alphabet.
Her blood alcohol levels were at .243 and .229, according to police.
Boca Raton police arrested Major and charged her with battery, violation of probation and DUI. Major was booked into the Palm Beach County.
