WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A former FAU Library employee told a judge on Friday that he is sorry for the crimes he is accused of.
Seth Thompson is charged with videotaping Florida Atlantic University students and posting some of the videos on the internet.
He pled no contest to the crimes on Friday.
An FAU detective was called to the stand in court.
"He seemed a bit taken back by the fact he was caught, but as he began to confess, he became more and more comfortable you would say. He spoke very matter of factly," Detective Robert Vichens with FAU Police said.
The prosecution asked for two years in prison and probation.
The defense is asking for only probation.
The judge says he will make a ruling next week.
