The family of a Palm Beach County woman killed in what the medical examiner calls a murder-suicide has hired a law firm.
Sheriff’s deputies found Lauren El-Sheikh and her boyfriend, Jeffrey Keenan, dead in a suburban Boynton Beach home last month. The investigations into their deaths remains open.
Attorneys at the Berman Law Group said they’re preparing for several legal options.
“Depending on what happens in the criminal investigation, we’ll make sure any parties that are responsible, in any way, for this are held accountable,” explained attorney Courtney Clyne.
The medical examiner estimates it will be another month before his office concludes its investigation.
