Cops say a man hasn't paid at restaurants dozens of times

BOCA RATON, Fla. - Boca Raton Police say one man has eaten at area restaurants and not paid the bill over twenty times.

This week, detectives say Howard Robison did that at Grille on Congress in Boca Raton.

According to police reports, Robison has has been charged over twenty times in similar incidents.

"If it deters him, stops him, slows him down a little...that is the reason I called police," Donovan said.
