Police say that just before 11 p.m. Tuesday night they stopped a car at 2400 West Palmetto Park Road.

Police say they had received a call about driver moving erratically near Northeast 2nd St.

Investigators say that the driver of the car, Cynthia Imperato, had a strong smell of alcohol on her breath, her eyes were red and glassy and her speech was slow and slurred when she was pulled over by a Boca Raton officer.
