BOCA RATON, Fla. - While they admit it may be no Sasquatch or even Nessie the Loch Ness Monster, Boca Raton Police officers have nabbed a mysterious black goat after several neighborhood sightings.
According to police, several sightings of a furry black creature have been reported into the east Boca Raton police precinct over the last several months. Many officers also spotted the goat but no one was able to provide photographic evidence of its existence until this past Sunday.
According to the Boca Raton Police Chief's Facebook page, early Sunday morning a resident successfully corralled the goat and called Boca Raton Fire Rescue for assistance.
Officer Jimmy Jalil responded and helped the goat get a temporary home on a farm. The goat has been nicknamed Specter.
