OKEECHOBEE, Fla. - Terry Horn has been arrested by the Okeechobee County Sheriff's office on charges that he fired his gun into a home and barely missing two sleeping children.
An arrest report issued by the sheriff's office says that deputies received a complaint on April 27th that a woman was being threatened by a man with a gun. Deputies say that they were told by Horn that the woman took his gun out of his vehicle and he then confronted her and pointed a weapon at her.
Deputies say the woman signed a waiver of prosecution.
Two days later Okeechobee County deputies say that they went out on a shooting call. The alleged victim told deputies that he heard a loud bang. Investigators discovered a bullet hole and found that the path led to a storage cabinet above the bed where two small children were sleeping.
They were not hurt.
Terry Horn was arrested and charged with shooting into an occupied building, which is a second degree felony,
