Okeechobee County deputies raid a suspected meth house near a church

OKEECHOBEE, Fla. - Four people are now in custody in Okeechobee County on charges that they operated a meth house, according to the Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies arrested the group at 1742 SW 24 Avenue.
Deputies took Tracy Dan Cook, age 44, Nicholas R. Seigfried, Jr., age 39, Christine Mae Seigfried, age 39 and Layla Nicole Huff, age 20 into custody.
Deputies say that a two-and-a-half-year old was removed from the home and turned over to the Department of Children and Family Services. In addition, three dogs were from taken from the house by Okeechobee County Animal Control.
Those arrested face several charges including child abuse and the use of dwelling to manufacture meth with a child less than 16.
They are also charged with the manufacture of methamphetamines within one thousand feet of a church. The sheriff's office says the home is located near The Gathering Church.
