Meth seized in Okeechobee County: 6 men and a woman arrested

OKEECHOBEE, Fla. - The Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office says it has arrested 7 people and charged them with trafficking methamphetamine in Okeechobee County.
The sheriff's office accused them of trafficking 2.05 pounds of methamphetamine,
The street value of the drugs is $258,000, according to authorities.
The Okeechobee County Narcotics Task Force worked with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the United States Drug Enforcement Administration.
Okeechobee Sheriff Paul May said in a release, "I'm very proud of the Narcotics Task Force, Special Response Team, and the many deputies that helped with this investigation. We intercepted this shipment before it could be distributed to our citizens. All the officers on this case did an outstanding job."
According to authorities, the arrests were made after deputies served search warrants at a home at 2828 NW 46 Avenue and a residence located at 3573 NW 24 Avenue in Okeechobee.
The seven arrested were, Julio Cesar Luna, 21, Oscar Segura, 21, Adolfo Ayala Jr.,22, Raul Aaron Rios,26, Edgar Sanchez Segura, 26, Mike Lewis Ramirez, 26 and Jonna Leigh Kimla, 25.
