PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue had to extricate a landscaper out of a hole after a large palm tree fell on top of him.
Fire rescue said the man, who is in his 30s, was flown by Trauma Hawk to St. Mary's Medical Center.
The accident happened in the 12000 block of Aviles Circle around 10:38 a.m.
Fire rescue says the worker was digging a hole for a 44 foot palm tree. After it fell he became stuck in the hole.
The extent of the man's injuries were not immediately available but crews say he was talking and conscious.
