A big case with dozens of players kicked off in a Palm Beach County courtroom on Tuesday.
Residents living in the San Matera Condominium in Palm Beach Gardens are suing its builder Kolter Homes.
The association claims the builder took short cuts, which caused leaky roofs and sliding glass doors.
Eighteen defendants have waited six years for their day in court. The judge made special accommodations ordering for 300 jurors to be pulled.
The case is expected to last four to six weeks.
