EARLIER:
Palm Beach Gardens police are trying to locate a woman whom they say has dementia and has gone missing.
Lynn A. Richmond, 74, was last seen Thursday morning on Gardens East Drive near the Sandalwood Community.
She was wearing a tan shirt and jeans.
She's about 5'2" tall and weighs 115 pounds.
Police say she was walking with a small white dog with black spots named Dallas.
