JUPITER, Fla. - Rooney's the Gastropub has closed in Jupiter.
The pub, located in Abacoa, shut down after 14 years, the operators said on their website.
"We'd like to thank our friends, customers, vendors and our employees for their hard work and dedication to the Rooney's in Abacoa. We tried to provide the very best food, great drinks and atmosphere and we feel we were successful in doing that. It's been a great ride! Thanks to our loyal customers!" said Vice President Joe Rooney in a statement.
The pub had been struggling ever since the downturn in the economy in 2008, Pat Rooney said.
Police ID bodies found buried behind apartment
Police identified the bodies as 57-year-old Scott McNally and 39-year-old Randy Bokemeyer.
