Five migrants and a suspected smuggler are in custody after the Coast Guard says it spotted them about 15 miles east of Jupiter Saturday.
From the air, a Coast Guard crew detected a boat with its lights out around 5 a.m.
A cutter from Lake Worth was dispatched and interdicted the group.
They were taken ashore and handed over to investigators with U.S. Border Patrol and Homeland Security.
