UPDATE: The court hearing scheduled for Friday has been postponed until March 24.

EARLIER:

The man who rented a home where three people were killed in Jupiter will be in federal court Friday in West Palm Beach.

The search warrant used by Jupiter police reveals the three young victims were gunned down in the backyard.

Detectives found nine bullet fragments indicating the different locations where they were shot.

Charles Vorpagel, 27, who leased the house, remains in jail after a judge declared he was flight risk on Feb. 17.

He’s facing federal charges related to selling drugs and guns, items police discovered after they searched the home on Mohawk Street after the shooting.

Vorpagel will face a judge Friday at 10 a.m. on those charges.
