A vehicle hit a pole near Old Dixie Highway and Indiantown Road in Jupiter Wednesday, knocking out power for hundreds, according to Florida Power and Light.

The utility said power should be back for almost all of those affected.

However, five customers will be without electricity because FPL has to rebuild the pole. It's not clear when they will get their power back.

Traffic was closed for a time westbound on Indiantown Rd west of Alt A1A, according to Jupiter police.

They say no one was seriously hurt when the vehicle hit the pole.
