Cardinals Spring Training 2014: Pitchers, catchers arriving Wednesday at Roger Dean Stadium

JUPITER, Fla. - The St. Louis Cardinals are the first Major League Baseball team in Palm Beach County to have its pitchers and catchers report for Spring Training on Wednesday.

Cardinals' pitchers and catchers are expected to arrive at Rodger Dean Stadium in Jupiter between 10 a.m. and noon.

The team will have its first workout of the season on Thursday.

The Miami Marlins also play its Spring Training baseball in Jupiter and are expected to have its pitchers and catchers report on Sunday.

The New York Mets have Spring Training in Port St. Lucie. The Mets' pitchers and catchers are expected to show up for the season on Saturday.

All three teams play their first pre-season game on Feb. 28.

The Marlins and Cardinals will square off at Rodger Dean Stadium on that date. First pitch is at 1:05 pm.
