Boaters rescued after boat capsizes at Dubois Park in Jupiter

Park Ranger: Rough seas caused vessel to overturn

JUPITER, Fla. - Three people were rescued after their boat capsized at Dubois Park in Jupiter, says Captain Albert Borroto, Public Information Officer for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.

The incident happened around 12:30 Sunday afternoon.

The park ranger says the vessel was trying to make a turn when it flipped.

Responders with Palm Beach County Fire Rescue evaluated the victims on board.

Borroto says two patients were transported to Jupiter Medical Center for follow up treatment of their injuries.
