PALM CITY, Fla. - Two Palm Beach County motorcyclists were arrested after deputies say the pair led them on a pursuit, driving recklessly at 130 miles per hour.
According to the Martin County Sheriff's Office, deputies saw 25-year-old George Oscar Rodriguez and 24-year-old Christopher Mathew Galvez were racing and driving recklessly on I-95 at speeds of 130 miles per hour.
When Sgt. Stephen Mochen attempted to stop the pair, deputies say the two fled, leading deputies through residential streets in Palm City.
According to the Martin County Sheriff's Office, Rodriguez and Galvez made one last attempt to flee from deputies but crashed instead.
Rodriguez was transported to the hospital for observation.
Galvez was uninjured. Both men were charged with felony fleeing, speeding and reckless driving.
Deputies said as one of the suspects was being handcuffed, he told deputies, "You guys are good."
