STUART, Fla. - Three people were injured Thursday evening in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 in Stuart.
Two of the injured were flown to Lawnwood Regional Medical Center. A third person was taken to Martin Memorial Hospital, said Dan Wouters of Martin County Fire Rescue. There is no word on their condition.
The accident happened near Mile Marker 101 a few minutes before 7 p.m.
All northbound and southbound lanes of I-95 near the crash were shut down for about 45 minutes to allow the air ambulance to land, Wouters said.
