The owner of Blue Marlin Motors in Stuart is under arrest, according to the Martin County Sheriff's Office.
56-year old Craig Danzig is accused of 51-counts of grand theft in connection with his business practices, the sheriff's office said.
Investigators say they served a search warrant based on a lengthy investigation that included the State Attorney's Office and numerous complaints.
This isn't Danzig's first arrest.
Last November Danzig was arrestedon grand theft charges after some of his customers claimed they left cars at his dealership to be sold on consignment. They allege the cars were sold but they never got paid.
