VERO BEACH, Fla. - A Vero Beach trio is headed north to play college football within a pretty close proximity of one another.
Vero Beach wide receiver Javonte Bagley officially signed with Louisville on Wednesday, saying "no thanks" to Bowling Green, a school he had been committed to since January 7th.
In addition to Louisville and Bowling Green, the 6-3, 180 lb. Bagley held offers from FAU, FIU, and Kentucky.
Fighting Indians' defensive back Will Dawkins closed his recruitment by sending his NLI to Indiana. Dawkins will head to the Big Ten after he visited the Bloomington campus last weekend. He had the most offers of any Vero Beach senior, opting for IU over Georgia Tech, NC State, and FAU.
Vero QB Dalton Stokes will join teammate Dawkins in the Hoosier State, but he'll be playing three and a half hours north at FCS Valparaiso.
He'll join the Crusaders and new head coach Dave Cecchini after a strong two-year run as the Indians' starting quarterback.
