INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Timothy Gochenour will spend the rest of his life behind bars for the death of his roommate last year, an Indian River County Circuit Judge decided Friday.
Timothy Gochenour, 41, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the slaying of Michael Gray. Gochenour will spend life in prison, Judge Robert Pegg ruled in plea.
Gray of Vero Beach drank a milkshake filled with Tylenol and prescription pills given to him by Gochenour, whom Gray allowed to stay in his home, the Indian River County Sheriff's Office said. Gochenour confessed to the crime when he was taken into custody in November.
