VERO BEACH, Fla. - Parts of Indian River County were under water Sunday morning.
The county received nearly 10 inches of rain over the past few days' as a result some roads and neighborhoods experienced minor flooding.
A small portion of US 1, just north of 4th Street, was closed because of high water. Catfish were even seen swimming in the street.
