ZZ Top has canceled their performance at SunFest on Saturday night. According to SunFest organizers, bass player Dusty Hill sustained an injury and is undergoing treatment for a fractured shoulder.

The replacement for ZZ Top will be announced as soon as it is confirmed, SunFest says.

“Our first thought is with Dusty,” said Paul Jamieson, SunFest Executive Director. “I am sure I speak for all the fans on this. While we were looking forward to the show, we are sorry to hear of the circumstances of this cancelation and send Dusty our wishes for a speedy recovery. For us, the show goes. The Saturday lineup remains a full day of great music including G-Easy, Fitz and The Tantrums, Capital Cities, The Roots, Flogging Molly, Rick Springfield, Salt N Pepa, Goldfinger and another ten acts performing.”

Note: G-easy will now be appearing on the Ford Stage and Fitz and The Tantrums and Capital Cities will appear on the JetBlue Stage.
