West Palm Beach city commission expected to vote on adding six towers at Rybovich Marina

The West Palm Beach city commission is expected to vote on a plan to add six towers to the West Palm Beach skyline.

The six towers would be built on Rybovich Marina in the city's north end.

According to developers it would have more than one thousand condo units, office, and retail space.

This is the second reading for the project that the commission approved for the first time in February.

During that meeting, Commissioners approved two ordinances – to change the proposed land-use as well as the zoning for the area located on the east side of North Flagler Drive between 38th and 40th street in North West Palm Beach.

The commission is expected to vote at its meeting Monday night at 5 o'clock at West Palm Beach city hall.
